1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MCPFED ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MCPFED is a Federation of Agents platform that enables AI-powered automation through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service allows users to connect AI assistants to external tools and services, create automated workflows, and manage MCP server connections.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach
• You may not use another user's account without permission
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect third-party services using API keys and OAuth tokens. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activities that occur using those credentials. MCPFED encrypts all stored credentials but is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MCPFED and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MCPFED, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MCPFED and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
